How We Do It!

Removing Residential Oil Tanks

After pumping all residual oil from the tank the following steps are followed:

Step One:
Remove soil and expose the tank

Step Two:
Tank is cut open after removal of vent, fill and fuel lines.

Step Three:
Tank is opened, ready to be cleaned.

Step Four:
All sludges and remaining residuals are pumped out and removed by hand.

Step Five:
Tank is wiped dry with oil absorbent rags and after it has been determined that no holes exist in the tank, it is removed from the area and delivered to a state approved tank yard.

Step Six:
The open excavation is filled and packed.

Step Seven:
Sod or Seeding can be done.

Step Eight:
Tank Decommissioning is complete
